ALCHEMISE UNCERTAINTY & RISE ABOVE THE STORY YOU HAVE BEEN BELIEVING, TO…
ACTUALISE A SUCCESS-FULL LIFE, ON PURPOSE
AS A CREATIVE AND A WOMAN…
My name is Anastasia Griffith.
I work with actors, performers and creative women to expand their lives in extraordinary, and healthy, ways.
It all starts with supporting yourself from the inside - out: get behind the mask, rise above the story you have been living and write a new more authentic one.
It’s a journey that will support your mental, physical and emotional health, improve your relationships and allow you to fully access the creativity it takes to thrive, not just survive, in this uncertain but brilliant business, and beyond.
Are you ready to love more, play more and enjoy more? Me too.

ACTUALISE YOUR SUCCESS IN ACTING
That next level of success you desire, personally or professionally, has little to do with luck, external circumstances or even the talent you were born with.
It has everything to do with what you believe to be true, and the identity you live by.

ACTUALISE YOUR {MENTAL] HEALTH
There is a mental health crisis in the TV and Film industry.
We know we perform at our best when we feel safe to do so. Our mental health is in EVERYONE’S best interest, but OUR responsibility to cultivate.
“This is revolutionary”
— Rose Byrne, actor
My Story:
I am an actress who has been working between Hollywood and the UK for the past 21 years. I am, also, a transformational coach for other women in this business.
Over the stretch of my career, I have enjoyed some meaningful successes and endured many challenging pauses! I have lead big TV shows and ‘supported’ the cast in others. I’ve had posters in Time Square, walked a few red carpets and met some incredibly inspiring people along the way. I have fortunate enough to be in that 1% of ‘successful’ actors… At times!
At the age of 36, however, after years of high pressure, self-criticism, body image issues and ‘not-enoughness’, I hit burnout, causing a mental and physical decline. On deep reflection, it became apparent that I was no longer pursuing acting success for the right reasons, and was feeling unfulfilled by the work I was doing. I realised that ‘success', for me at that stage of my life, looked like becoming a mother, and I called in my, now 9 year old, son. A story you can read more about here.
At that time I made a conscious choice to focus my time and energy on raising him through those formative first 7 years without the distraction of pursuing my acting career. I created my coaching business, based on my experience in that high pressure world, using the tools I adopted to heal my own burnout and the studies in psychology and self development I had long been committed to.
Today, my son being older and more independent of me, I have come back to my original passion of acting in a whole new way. With a new identity, not driven by external validation but by creative expression and the desire to build a legacy for my son.
Success looks different to everyone.
Defining, first, what success looks like for you is essential.
Then harnessing the full power capacity of your mind, body and spirit to make that success a reality… you begin to transform this life of yours into something truly extraordinary, value driven, and on purpose.
